Thanks Restless, I am counting on the news experiences and new faces to motivate me once I'm over there. Scared stiff but excited too! Helps that I'm going on a 2 week vacation in between!

I do not know whether I should say congratulations on the new job, or good luck for trying to adapt to the new position.

Changing jobs can be very dramatic sometimes. New boss, new colleagues, new management, new policies, new new new new.... but great new challenges, new experiences, new faces, new achievements...
