Facebook rocks!
The fast-changing world of the Internet has introduced me to facebook - and thats where I have been squirreled away for the past few weeks! But as they say in Arabic, "he who has no old, has no new", so I hope to be back on blogger soon, when the novelty of facebook wears off (and I've found a zillion old friends)!

Yazan, saw you there :)) Thats whats so great about this community, you go from friend to friend and end up seeing all sorts of people on the way.

You know what Lujayn, the moment I read your post, I went back to revive my facebook account (which was initially discredited by the 'breaching of privacy' scares), anyway I did some searches and was able to find some old friends!
It is really great!
Dubai Jazz, there are a few things you can do to secure your privacy, but in the end, there isnt much there thats private and people are happy to share. Yala, confirm me! :))
I like facebook for social networking and keeping in touch with old friends but its no bueno when it comes to discovering bands. I find the layout of myspace to be nauseating so I've been using www.putiton.com to find and follow new music acts.
